Sunaina E.K. is a career counsellor and educator with a postgraduate degree in Psychology (M.Sc.) and more than seven years of hands-on experience guiding and training young people. As a Certified Career Analyst, AI Career Coach, and ICC Club (UK) Licensed Career Counsellor, she combines psychological insight with structured career science to help students discover paths that truly fit who they are. Her foundation is unusually well-suited to this work. For over seven years with Keralas Additional Skill Acquisition Program (ASAP), she trained higher-secondary students in communication, soft skills, and Social-Emotional Learning, mentoring 150+ students each semester and building their confidence, self-awareness, and decision-making skills. This is complemented by specialized certifications in Child Psychology, School Psychology, Learning Disabilities, and DBT, giving her a rare ability to understand each student as a whole person, not just a set of marks. Sunaina believes that the right career decision begins with self-understanding. Using scientifically validated psychometric assessments alongside warm, patient, one-on-one counselling, she helps students and parents move from confusion to clarity, whether choosing a stream after Class 10, selecting a course after Class 12, or planning their next step as graduates. Her mission is to ensure no young person feels lost about their future and that every decision is made with confidence and care.
